Joyga is our heart inspired form of a class where we include practices from many different disciplines that we really enjoy and have found much healing from doing. The primary goals of the practices and fun exercises we will be exploring are to cultivate body and breath awareness, as well as opening up our bodies, stretching tight muscles, aligning posture, and aligning our mental, physical and spiritual parts of ourselves. We will use physical postures, meditations, breathing practices, massage tools such as lacrosse balls, essential oils(For those who are interested), sound from both speakers and instruments, readings from great books/ quotes. We estimate each class to last 1 to 1.5 hours at the longest. Our class is for anyone and everyone to attend!
Through these fun practices we will remember how much joy we are blessed with experiencing, with only our human bodies!
